Growth and comfort cannot coexist. In order to elevate, you must position yourself to be stretched. I am in the business of challenging my peers, colleagues, and mentees to expand their network by having a spirit of connectedness in every room they plant their feet. Each encounter should be intentional and with an equitable outcome in mind. The conversations of commonalities, families, life hacks and everything in between could lead to opportunities for career advancement, business deals, and other wealth building transactions.
